Refund policy

Dear Customer, 

Once you item is purchased, you have 30days to return the item for refund or exchange less a 20% restocking fee on all Jewellery items.  The items must be unworn. Once we receive the item back we will refund you or exchange your item for another item. Please be aware no restocking fee is required for exchanges. The cost of the shipping back to us is paid by the customer and should be done at your local post office. In the instance where the customer has a manufacturing issue with their item, we will happily refund the cost of shipping. 

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, they will not be refunded until the item is received back to us. They will be refunded the amount paid minus shipping charges plus the custom fees they refused to pay. We have listed it on several pages throughout the site that you are shopping in Ireland and that you may receive customs. This unpaid fee is passed to  us, which we then pass back to you.
